Gracy is a chartered accountant who holds a Bachelor of Commerce with first class honours. Gracy joined Ingham Mora from a Big Four accounting firm, where she held the position of Director in their BAS team and worked there for over 12 years. Gracy worked in retails, trades and had other accounting roles in SMEs business when she was living in Canterbury before she moved to Tauranga. Gracy's focus has always been building a trust relationship with SMEs clients, most of them are family owned business in retail, horticulture, trade, hospitality and property investment. Gracy enjoys working with start up business owners, helping out with their business structure and strategy planning matters and adding value to their business in order to achieve their business goals. Gracy was born in Beijing China. She can speak Mandarin fluently, this enables her to share her knowledge on a number of occasions (including by other professionals in respect of their clients and potential investors) to translate and communicate technical and non-technical messages in Mandarin. Outside of work Gracy likes to dabble in karaoke, walking, running and coffee with friends.
