Morgan brings experience from both advisory and industry roles, including senior positions at BDO and financial accounting work with Seeka. That experience shapes how she approaches complex financial issues.

Her focus is on tax planning, financial reporting, and advisory support, with a particular interest in international tax and more complex structures. She enjoys working through detail and making sense of issues that can otherwise feel overwhelming.

She works with clients across agribusiness, property, manufacturing, and Māori corporations, supporting long-term outcomes through well-considered structures. Clients value Morgan's structured thinking and calm, practical approach.

Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her three young boys, who keep life busy.
