Mat Floyd

Mat brings experience from several years working across a wide range of businesses and financial structures, including KPMG, before joining Ingham Mora in 2017. That background shapes how he approaches decisions, structured, considered, and always tied back to real outcomes.

A big part of his work is cashflow forecasting and budgeting. He works closely with clients to pressure-test assumptions and understand the impact of decisions before they’re made. It’s work he enjoys, particularly when it gives clients the confidence to take the next step.

He advises businesses across construction, manufacturing, horticulture, and property, supporting decisions that balance growth with long-term sustainability.

Outside work, he enjoys travel, hiking and a round of golf, although he admits golf is more about the walk than the score.
